This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

MODERATORS
ukraine is totally a client state, but a relatively new one. older client states include Fake Korea, Colombia (especially in the Plan Columbia era), pre-revolutionary Iran, pre-revolutionary Cuba, Iraq, Afghanistan. the list is long. the MIC does a lot of business.
israel has been the VIP "key account" for a long time. the lucky strike account, if you will.
Chinese Taipei, Kosovo, the Ukraine, Occupied Korea, Occupied Palestine, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands, all of the other occupied islands.
Was it ever really though? The government they installed post-2003 was so ineffectual and became so dominated by Iran that I'm not sure it counts.
