I think it was Liz on a recent TA episode that said the Internet has exported and Americanized all western cultures which makes a lot of sense
That and many people starved during the Nazi occupation (I'm Greek), which caused most people of the time to stuff their kids afterwards (and grandkids)
Hadn't considered that, but it's makes sense. Probably similar treatment Gen x and boomers had with great depression parents
i think people eat meat in a lot more than the imperial core
