The title of the comic is "Tax Deductions" so I can assume Oglaf is satirizing working class people who worship capitalists.
Is this anti-CRT? I fully accept if I'm reaching too far.
You can tell it's not some right-wing boomer cartoon because there's diversity.
For example, the group of lions is (almost) evenly split between male and female lions.
And there is one antelope which is left-handed, while all others are right-handed.

What makes you think it's anti-CRT?
The panel where the cycle is shown, followed by the gazelle being thankful for being eaten, looks like the rhetoric of anti-CRT.
CRT is when we teach sheeple to be sheep?
I read it as more pro-critical history than anything.
If you go by conspiracy theorists' rhetoric, yes CRT is when sheeple are taught to be sheep.
