He’s always been a wolf in sheep’s clothing (or rather a rabid wolf in police-trained German Shepard’s clothing). Loads of controversial and repugnant behavior before his time in congress. I think he pulled a gun on a black person jogging through his neighborhood.
He did indeed do that.
Because someone set off a firework and he assumed a black man jogging by had fired a gun, proceeded to chase him down with a shotgun.
