Brianna would probably go apeshit if you made the same format but with good jew, bad jew.
Also a very deliberate use of transsexual because she's not actually ok with either of these women existing.
She's also implying that "normal" trans women are straight, and adults. One of these is a child in school uniform. Lots of layers here.
This is something I've struggled with for a while so I'm just going to ask and hope that no one gets mad at me for it - what is meant when you guys say someone is against their own existence?
Like in this example, I wouldn't argue against her having internalized bigotry but it seems like a leap to say that an openly trans woman is against the existence of trans women as a whole. Something about assigning this viewpoint to her doesn't sit well with me, like my gut feeling is that there's something less honest about that than just calling it transphobia, but I'm 100% speaking out of ignorance here.
Fantastic explanation, thanks.
Really? Thats fascinating. I was lead to believe we "mostly" followed the averages of our genders on this. Do you remember what poll or something you saw to support this or is this more something you gathered from experience? My previous assumption would've been to say that most trans women are "at least" into women.
See Peter Theil and the German AFD lesbian leader
Internalized bigotry to the point of believing people like yourself shouldn't exist, but like all bigots, giving an exception to themselves for their standards and just ignoring the cognitive dissonance
Alternatively watch uncle ruckus from the boondocks for an exaggerated illustration
The ideal Aryan is blond like Hitler, fit like Goering, and tall like Goebbels
Can you give me some reading on these two? Obviously I've heard about Theil a decent amount but nothing about his personal life.
I had believed that the cognitive dissonance would be wholly insurmountable for sexuality in a way that it isn't for things you can handwave away by believing hard enough in eugenics (just repeat "I shouldn't have been born like this" enough times that you can maintain your bigotry), but I really haven't thought deeply about it. It's just so hard for me to imagine someone being openly lgbt while saying it shouldn't be a thing and not being crushed to death under the cognitive dissonance. What is the out so they can live with that?
I'm capable of picturing someone openly lgbt advocating that they should be second-class citizens, that's unfortunately something that happens as a way to try to find acceptance in a deeply bigoted crowd. I can't figure out how someone would say they shouldn't exist entirely and just...live with that contradiction.
Class.
You're looking at identity by itself. You need to intersect it with class. A poor prole gay does not behave the same way a member of the bourgeoisie who is gay behaves. Class insulates them from the side effects of what they sow against others in their identity. Class supersedes identity in almost all circumstances where it intersects, a member of the bourgeoisie will choose their class interests before their identity interests if the two interests are not aligned with one another.
Identity politics alone do not provide a good analysis of outcomes within groups without looking at the intersection with class.
To be absolutely clear here - I am not saying identity politics are bad, I am saying they are incomplete without the inclusion of class in the analysis.
I think I was just taking it too literally. What you're saying is obviously correct, I was getting stuck because they don't literally believe in anti-lgbt ideology, they're just willing to adopt it without hesitation when it's convenient for them. It makes sense to talk as though they believe in that when functionally it is their ideology, but it isn't literally given that they'd become pro-lgbt overnight if that ever benefited them more. There's no cognitive dissonance when you don't care enough to form real beliefs.
We are communist, who's thinking and worldview is driven by dialectical materialism, which naturally destroys contradiction, dissonance, and seeks logical outcome. This does not mean we are free of bigotry or contradiction (let he who is without sin cast the first stone), but our worldview pushes us away from those things and towards analysis
Reactionaries do not operate off coherent worldview, their thinking is driven by gut instinct fueled by propaganda and whatever other horseshit is fed to the average westerner. They live with contradiction easy
Thiel famously funded Hulk Hogan's lawsuit against Gawker after they revealed that he's gay.
Alice Weidel is more baffling. She is very on top of how her living with her wife in Switzerland is talked about by the media. Like the first article you can find about her being homosexual is with the Bild basically the worst tabloid in Germany and she just mentioned as a sidenote that she is living with a female partner.
Yeah she talks about her homosexuality in the straightest way possible.
An Uncle Tom will happily enslave and murder his own race until he's the only one left.
Brianna is doing the trans version. She doesn't give a fuck about trans people, she will happily work against all of us until we're all dead as long as she's ok. All the elements above are transphobic elements she's worked in there intentionally. JK Rowling dogwhistles her transphobia more quietly than this image does.
She's a Brianna Wu
Are you aware that black people can also be trans?
I don't see why it's stealing to compare reactionary behaviour across similar occurrences in different identity groups. Nobody is trying to steal from you or undermine anything historical, we're trying to better understand current behaviour and that happens to be easiest to do when comparing to what people already know.
I'm open to taking this criticism from you but I need to understand specifically what's negative about it because I really do not understand. Nobody would be mad at your struggle if it found a way to use "egg" or other trans terminology comparatively in another struggle. In fact I think I've used egg for things outside of trans struggle before.
Also I'm not american, which may be why I'm not understanding it very well.

She 100% is against her own existence and the existence of trans women as a whole. She wishes they could be "opted out of the gene pool"
Bruh
Just roast me. I'll feel bad for a little and then figure it out.
I would say it's their problem and they shouldnt make it ours.
