What are you referencing?
Hamas and the other Palestinian resistance groups(PFLP, PIJ etc) offered to return all hostages immediately if Israel agreed to release the Palestinian prisoners held by Israel, agreed to permanent ceasefire to end the periodic https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mowing_the_grass attacks and to ending the blockade of Gaza
im referencing the well documented fact that hamas offered to return the hostages on october 7th, the very same day they were taken but netanyahu refused by not even entertaining the idea
