I invented my own runic script and would write all the German I was supposed to be learning on the covers of my notebooks, hidden in drawings of monoliths or spaceships or whatever. I would have these notebooks on the floor during tests and I would get perfect scores. Now I don't speak a fucking word of German except for what little I remember from Nightcrawler in the X-men comic books. Unglaublich!
At that point, why even take a German class?
Well, the teacher did have a lot of great stories about growing up in one of Tito's concentration camps. And we got to watch Das Boot.
Yeah for real, you’re never gonna hit on babes in another language if you cheat in your language class. It’s like people only care about the grade, and don’t understand the greater and more noble purpose of education (impressing potential dates).
