Adding to this, the part they're "noticing" refers to Jewish-sounding names (like Rothstein, Goldberg, Shapiro, etc.) attached to any given product or media. It's the whole "Jews control Hollywood and George Soros is funding auntie phó!" conspiracy nonsense reactionaries like to peddle. They may also use it in reference to what they think are "Jew tactics," such as interracial/cuckold porn, "being a shill," or what they perceive as corruption of women and children.

George Soros is one of the worst living humans with a massive list of actual conspiracies to his name, including Tianenmen square for example.

The sort of people who use the term "noticing" don't care about any of that stuff and are referring to blaming Jews for things like black people in movies and LGBT people existing.
