The US finally allowed adaptive headlight tech like the Euros have had for a decade, but sounds like it is only marginally better for most new cars.

Another thing that would make the problem better would be if the US had fewer vehicles with their lights mounted four feet off the ground.
Or if the lights would just die instead of developing a worse and worse flicker giving everyone on the road a seizure while the car owner has no clue they need to change their lights
and drivers that gave enough of a shit to actually adjust their headlights like they're supposed to
