I had the exact same problem recently where Ive been on the team for the longest and have been doing client communication and support for 8 fucking years solving hundreds of queries and bugs. So comes the day we do a client outreach thing bearing in mind i have driven every single conversation with them every single time this day i notice im feeling really unwell, faint, stars in my vision feel like im gonna pass out so i say im gonna have to head home and miss this session.

Instant complaint to my manager. A whole bunch of assumptions made about me who has a practically flawless track record then its rubbed in my face that the literal neonazi i hate with all my energy who does fucking less than nothing every single day “saved the day”.

Not to fucking mention multiple people in the team were sick in the same fucking week so clearly something was going around. I read up somewhere that NT bullshit only cares about consistency not outcomes so if im a useless miserable nazi fuck every day its fine actually because its consistent.
