"We did it, Patrick! We made a technological breakthrough!"

A place for all those who loathe AI to discuss things, post articles, and ridicule the AI hype. Proud supporter of working people. And proud booer of SXSW 2024.

AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.

Once they lock themselves into their bunkers, we just pour a few tons of concrete over the bunker entrance and call it a day.

Future archaeologists will marvel at the elaborate tombs our kings built for themselves.

Like they said, concrete the doors first.

What you dump down the air intakes afterwards is your business.

I think it would be more fun to pour a slow flow of water into the intake.

Yes by why miss the opportunity to spray glyphosate, pesticides, lead and nuclear byproducts into their drinking water and air intake systems. We’d just be returning the favor

They can still exercise power from a bunker, because somehow, no matter how awfully they behave, there are always plenty of people who will do their bidding.

Those people will need to be dealt with
