At the TAIL END of World War 2? Who gives a fuck really? Either way someone kills him in that bunker and the war powers will probably say he killed himself anyway. No matter how much magical pardoning the blue button does, it would have to warp the entire world significantly for Hitler to live.
If it was the middle of WW2, then obviously the blue button - He'd be a practically useful agent who could speed up the fall of the Reich.
