Colbert Report was kinda needed back in those days, along with Jon Stewart's Daily Show. They reminded me that I wasn't insane.

I also respect Colbert for his work on behalf of migrant workers.

Yeah yeah I know, he's a dumb lib 🤷 But at least he had some kind of morality at a time time when fewer and fewer folks on TV did.

I don't know much about him nowadays. I've lived overseas since 2010

Would have been nice if his new show was more like the Colbert Report. Not necessarily in the character but rest of it
