Edit: she’s pretty nice, I just expect to get fired within five seconds of starting a job these days so
bosses talk about politics as a power move because they know their stupid bullshit can't be challenged without retaliation
Unless your employee has another job opportunity already lining up and he decide to have a fight that day, which is what I did in the past.
I can only imagine how cathartic that felt.
