To the nurses caring for him, remember, "Brown v. Giuliani against former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and the Health and Hospitals Corporation, charging massive violations of the due process rights of elderly residents who were evacuated from a nursing facility without prior notice in the middle of the night." Just because his chart says he is eligible for pain meds, administering them is at your discretion.
He may just be feigning illness to procure pain medications.
