This is sacrilege because you are supposed to retain the shape of tofu but fuck tradition. If you like fried rice get extra firm tofu, scramble it in some spices and oil then throw it in your fried rice as it cooks. Its basically egg fried rice 10/10
Tofu scramble rocks. You can also brine it and crumble it for a feta cheese vibe, lil zaatar and you really have something

Soaking in some apple cider vinegar pre brine for maximim effect. It makes ir a 2 day double soak but it is super worth it
