You are conflating liberals with "the left". Just stop praising this dipshit for his cryptofascist shit. He is literally just triangulating like historic Nazis by coopting actual left positions for nefarious reasons. You do not have to hand it to him you're just carrying water.
He only criticizes Israel to deflect from US responsibility in this conflict.
No, these zionist "progressives" are what is largely perceived as "the left" in greater public discourse. It doesn't matter what we think in our little corner here -- the liberals and zionists call themselves "the left", and are perceived as "the left" by the overwhelming majority.
