Ever seen a movie where there's a chase scene with Fan Boats? You know, those flat bottomed boats with huge fans on the back used in shallow water and swamps? At some point, the fan boats will run full speed overland and back into the water...

Just strap a bunch of fans to the tops of the containers ships and do a sick grind across that bit of land there. Problem solved.
