That seems like it would be a really huge deal, like monumentally bad news for the things-never-happen crowd. Or am I missing something?

A coper would say "oh well it's not meant to deal with missiles and they have other systems for bigger missiles," and while that's technically true, it seems clear that the interception rate is not what it was 1 month or 1 year ago
