I don't agree. A substantial step towards improving people's views of DPRK is first to make them understand that everything they know about the DPRK is false. It is easier to do this by undermining all existing information of the DPRK than it is to teach people to become MLs where pro-DPRK beliefs become one of the last things people get into on that journey.

Undermining all information about the DPRK requires no education and no ideology. It is where the majority can be reached.

Only after this prerequisite has been achieved can you start having conversations with average people about what the DPRK really is, without them already being marxist-leninist of course.
