That won't work until the next census, right? I don't think representatives are allocated based on a live running tally of the population.

Yea, wouldn't take effect until 2030.

I am sure President Gavin Newsome will dismantle the camps as soon as he takes office /s

Newsome loves dismantling camps but not those kinds
