i'm the last person to ask what's sacrilege but I feel like asking god to curse someone probably isn't a good look. Or shouldn't be a good look? but the bible (and quran) is full of god saying and doing fucked up shit so idk dawg

The Quran and hadiths only allow you to curse those who are already damned to hell (e.g. those who died non muslims or those mentioned as such in the Quran or hadiths) and groups of non muslims, even people of the book.
But it doesn't allow the cursing of a specific person from the second category (e.g. cursing a specific Christian, Jew or pagan) or cursing a Muslim.
I remember a bizarre hadith about what to do regarding cursed animals, but I am not gonna look into it.
So what you're saying is that it's fine to curse all the presidents collectively?
Of course. You get 10 * 7 good deeds for this Ijtihad (and God multiplies wherever he wishes) +10 for good intentions (ما شاء الله), but you're now damned and your life is in danger for being an innovator (استغفر الله). And Allah knows best.
