Just make sure you you're drinking fluids to replace all that you're pissing out and stay away from wine, I still rarely get any repercussions.
Don’t really drink any more but the wine thing is so true. Regret it every time I go “It’ll be fine this time!” and am catatonic in the morning.
Im the opposite. I never get hung over off of wine. Beer fucks me up tho, like it doesnt even get me drunk it just makes me feel like shit

I drink a full glass of water with any alcoholic drink. I pee like a ton, but that's an excuse to leave convos I don't wanna be around too or just mingle more around other people instead of being stuck. Also let's me walk around instead of just sitting the whole time. If people say "you keep leaving to go to the bathroom" I can also be perfectly honest about why and they just say "oh that's kinda smart"
