I always knew the Liberal academia was white-centric but this level of ignorance is astounding!

And that still doesn’t explain decades of CBP being like 50% Hispanic

For the latter I think it’s because they mainly operate along the southern border and thus recruit in that area, which has a lot of Hispanic people.
