Synopsis: (U) This Lead was generated to follow-up on information that a USC (RICHARD MARCINKO) is in custody in Mexico,MX, regarding a child sex ring investigation by the Mexican authorities, that is purported to include video evidence, held by Mexican law enforcement officials, of JEFFREY EPSTEIN engaging in sex acts with minors. The said minors were reported as possible USC's.

The author received information while assigned to a Bureau hotline concerning the JEFFREY EPSTEIN investigation that video evidence of EPSTEIN engaging in sex acts with minor children is in evidence in Mexico City, Mexico.

The caller identified himself as, KENNETH DARRELL TURNER,

of TURNER stated he has some type of Mexican "deputization" and is working along with a female former South African law enforcement offical, on the Mexican investigation. TURNER has been insistent that, RICHARD MARCINKO, DOB , who is a former U.S. Navy Seal team commander, is currently in custody in Mexico City, Mexico.

TURNER states MARCINKO is being held on charges pertaining to a child sex ring and a Mexican law enforcement official known only to the author as "Jorge" is in possession of a trove of video footage of JEFFREY EPSTEIN and other United State's Citizens engaged in sex acts with minor children, some of whom are reported to be United States Citizens as well.

TURNER has remained in contact with the author on an infrequent basis and has yet to provide any evidence of his claims.

The author is requesting that Legat Mexico City attempt to verify the incarceration of MARCINKO and any inquire with Mexican law enforcement officials of the video evidence of child sex acts.

We should be careful not to get drawn into random tips from what could be pranksters or even deliberate misdirection by Mossad/CIA/cabal of guilty Epstein affiliates. After all this is the stuff that's being released, they're withholding other stuff and probably destroying some of it so I wonder how much of this is false leads meant to eat up time and take people down rabbit holes of bullshit so they miss the real stuff (and look like cranks talking about stuff that ends up having no proof thus deboooonking the whole thing).

Reminder that anyone can submit tips and 'intelligence' and that part of how the Bush admin justified Iraq was grabbing raw, unvetted accounts from a professional Saddam hater in I think Germany without any analysis of whether it was true from the CIA attached and presenting it as proof.
