Basically, on the day that the US branch of TikTok was taken over by Larry Ellison, they immediately began censoring anti-ICE and anti-Trump content. The word "Epstein" has also been censored. They also changed the algorithm to push chud content to people's feed. This led to a surge in uninstalls and some big names leaving the platform.
