That is the foreign minister of Greenland Vivian Motzfeldt. She is uniquely for Greenland from a farming family and spent a year studying in the US, and this was assumed would result in closer relation with the US which could in turn be used as leverage for negotiations with Denmark and the US. lmao
This is officially by Danish legal reckoning her negotiation, with Lars there as intermediary. Obviously this legal fiction has been made a mockery of by the US demanding Greenland directly from Denmark.
