Every time a corporation or government body tries to appeal to pop culture I die a little inside.

I don't think it's anti-capitalist, or at least it wasn't when I played it last. It's more about "the evil, horrible bourgeoisie are crushing the pure and wholesome petit bourgeoisie."

Pierre, the owner of the wholesome Mom and Pop shop says its his dream to expand and get as big as jojamart. Sooooo when you spend all that time removing his competition you're just creating a power vacuum for him to fill
