It won't be destroyed. Only selectively enforced, like the rest of the laws.
I think it's already on track to only be selectively enforced given the AI situation, but there's a difference between selectivity that can hide behind the facade that there's a confounding difference between two circumstances versus one that absolutely cannot make such a claim.
You seem to be under the impression that words have meaning and if people speak inconsistently that that would be a problem for them
