Hell Yeah! I was off drinking for 3ish months around the birth of my kid last year and honestly I might just drop it again for good
I dunno if it's just my adhd-ass brain, but there definitely was a cut-over point of "i just don't do this anymore and i don't care" and i was losing weight like crazy which I saw as a positive (although, a good chunk of that was birth and post-birth stress and fight-or-flight mode because neither of us ate properly for like 2 weeks). But i feel like once people hit some sort of threshold for a habit of just not doing it, it must become way easier?
