The administration would be ecstatic. It’s what they want. They want to go on tv and say radical leftists are killing federal officers.
They are incapable of solving problems. They can only create them and claim to be the victim.

they will do that anyway, regardless of if it happens or not. we're firmly in "might as well" territory. they are going to attempt to arrest or murder you no matter what you do, and then lie about the circumstances to the hogs afterwards, so you "might as well", as it were.
you're absolutely right, under no circumstances should we give them a pretense to do what they're already doing.

would definitely disrupt their operations though if their agents started getting regularly smoked
ICE guys are fucking cowards. That's why they're only going after people who are obviously just family people, and not anyone actually dangerous. If they found a cartel enforcer or someone, they would immediately call for the FBI or some other organization.

Like a few days ago I might be on your side since I was even like 2 days ago arguing that they do seem to be looking for some sort of pretext or justification and just edging themselves with the violence, but at this point that’s gone out the door. They’ve gotten the pretext they wanted even if it’s not very convincing to anyone who not a dyed in the wool fascist, I think they also just have bloodlust towards Minneapolis since they’ve never gotten over 2020. Not doing anything is just gonna get you kidnapped or worse.
