No, tank man didn't get murdered. He climbed on top of the tank and then got talked down by a bystander.
Okay, at least you're not saying the exact same thing. But what specific group of students are you talking about?
I think there's a picture out there of a street around Tiananmen Square from June 4 or 5 1989 with a bunch of bicycles on the ground. Sometimes it gets posted with a caption alluding to a massacre having taken place in the picture. No dead bodies are visible in the picture. Is that the specific thing you're referring to? Or is there something else?
