Exxercise all the fucking time, an hour or two a day. Then no matter what else is going on you feel good in one way at least.
i've had varying levels of fitness and activity throughout my life, from organized sports to solo endurance, and i have never had any fucking idea what people are talking about when they say this
It really depends on the person. Not everyone feels better after exercise. Some people are disabled such that they can’t exercise without getting sick. I’ve felt bad for a long time because I hated exercising but now I’m at peace with it and listen to my body to keep it healthy
I actually feel annoyed, thinking about the other things I could have spent that time on.
