I mean, the Soviets were also researching this shit as much as the Americans 🤷♂️
It was more like the CIA finding out the Soviets were training psychics and then rushing to do their own experiments, but ending up drugging a bunch of college kids and turning them into mass shooters. “Accidentally” of course.
