I didn't realize that at the end of Muppets Christmas Carol, when Gonzo says "and Tiny Tim, who did NOT DIE!" that's an actual quote from the book. (hexbear.net)

Funnily enough it wasn't in the original manuscript but I believe he added it in the editing and printing step because publishers were worried it was too ambiguous, hence why it's somewhat snarky.
