Yes the two use the same stainless steel tanks for storage, but she walks by a two vessel brewhosue with a mash/lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool configuration. You can literally see the door they shovel the spent grain out of on the thing. As well as a hot liquor tank and grain hopper. Why would a dairy have a mash kettle? What are they brewing the milk???

Oh Mr Gilligan, thought you could sneak that past the audience, "oh it's a building with big stainless steel tanks in it, nobody will notice!" Well this ASSHOLE who worked in a craft brewery for 3 years did! Take that you Hollywood fucker!

But yeah that annoyed me a little.

A two vessel brewhouse is a big ass piece of equipment, it'd be hard to move into a building not purpose built for it. Plus they're keeping their ingredients offsite when most breweries have large refrigerators onsite.

It'd actually make MORE sense for the hive mind to take over a large brewery and make their nutrient goo there. They could store the materials in the hop cooler and then boil it in the kettle and store it in the fermenters, the package it into aluminum cans which would be easier to ship long distances.

yeah but they have all of humanity running that forklift or whatever so "hard" is still probably doable for them

But having the plurbs drinking HDP out of beer bottles isn't as alien or inhuman as drinking it out of milk cartons
