at this point its just a matter of when.
i would bet whenever they find a way to make venezuelans attack first. trump is really doing it.
i hate this shit.
But isn't this effectually a declaration of war?
i think things start to get interesting when two military vessels exchange ammunition.
i think the key here is how venezuela was trying its best to have this not happen. the us has technically declared war a few times already.
