By making a webapp that charges you €1 per time you want to see when the train actually arrives at the station.

Want to see the when it gets to the destination station? Another €1.

Forgotten and want to check again? Another €1

Accounts can be topped up with a €5 minimum with a 75¢ fee per top-up so you can never have the exact amount.
