That reminds me of a Bill Hicks' joke which over the decades is mutating to be more social commentary than humor. The set-up was that he's in Tennessee and things are different there. He's driving around and he ends up at a truck stop or something. He wants coffee. The counter guy has a question.

"What size coffee you want? The pussy size or the large?"

"I dunno. The large - I guess?"

"You're gonna wanna pull your car 'round back. I'm gonna start that pump." yik-yik-yik-yik-yik

"Do I want to be awake that long in Tennessee? I don't think I do. Gimme the pussy size."

The pump sound was great. Hicks was really fantastic at vocal sound effects.
