Imagine being filled with this much rage driving a lifted Impreza
After driving one of those for a week I understand. Subarus boxers aren’t known for being torquey. I can’t believe it made my Outback feel zippy.
Crosstreks have worse visibility, worse handling, and worse features than Imprezas. It's hands down the worst model of Subaru, and that includes Bajas.
You just made it make sense to me now. I always think of big trucks and jeeps as the car brained road rage machines, but the Crosstrek is just a car brained Impreza. All the SUV "features" on a compact-ish car.
Is the expensive off-road one even viable for that use?
I doubt it, but I live in a place that's known for Subaru ownership and I've never once heard of someone intentionally offroading with any model. People usually use those dumb lifted trucks for that.
