Yeah I call bullshit, gotta be some self-reporting bias going on there.
Wouldn't be surprised if conservatives are more likely to straight-up lie when asked if they're unhappy or admit to themselves that they're not.
And/or externalise any mental health issues they do have. "I'm not unhappy, it's the that are the problem!"
