Evil windows be like here's an optional system update that improves performance on older hardware
Looks like your old computer hardware is still good enough to upgrade to Windows 13! In windows 13, you can use your mouse and keyboard to navigate the OS! There are menus that show relevant information! You can see where files are stored, and go to the settings to see what's happening!
