Controversially I think it's a good insult. Same first letter as Taylor. Same number of letters and syllables. Emphasis in the middle. It's definitely been workshopped and isn't off the cuff like old insults

It's possible like the right moment of clarity in his synapses firing off. But it doesn't to me feel like Sleepy Joe, Little Marc Rubio or Meatball Ron.
