Is it cruel of me to hope that climate change absolutely wallops anything remotely resembling a comfortable retirement for the over-50 crowd? I don't normally do generational-war shit, no war but the class war, but there's this little persistent thought in the back of my mind that can be summed up as "fuck'em!"
Yeah it is. Kids don't deserve it.
It's ok though we all think these things from time to time. You're only human and it's understandable to be frustrated by the state of affairs
It'll make things way worse for the under 50 crowd. Climate change effects young people way more.
Admittedly I think this all the time about all the retirees that build new homes in flood zones. The hubris it takes to do that is deserving of a catastrophic storm. Then add in the fact that they are a selfish group of know it all's that contributed the most to where we are at...
