You mean archive.ph is blocking you? If so, it's not working for me either even without a VPN or when using a mobile carrier. I don't know if it's the problem with what DNS servers are being used again or even if it may have something to do with this but I'm curious if anyone else can get it to work.

I take it the original source is gone now, or otherwise not good to link to? I'm not sure where a good place to upload it to would be, but depending on how long it is, might it be feasible to just copy and paste it as a post here on hexbear? Even if archive.ph/.is/.today is down, you mentioned archive.org in your first comment. That's a completely different (and less useful) site, but the article may have been snapshotted on that one as well.

Yeah the site is defunct. I do have the PDF but Hexbear doesn't have PDF uploads. The URL, in the PDF, is "https://anti-imperialism.org/2016/12/08/legionnaires-defeating-the-soldiertasrieaat-rcmhyth/amp/" but the wayback machine doesn't have it.
