Rules:
1. Be civil

7. No duplicate posts.
If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

You voted; I’m not blaming you. Therefore I can not double-down on blaming you. Do you understand that? If so, you understand that you are wrong. If not, we’ve both wasted our time.
You want to talk about reforming the DNC, making them worthy of everyone’s votes? Hell yeah. Me too. I got a whole bag of bitch to let out on the corporate dems.
But in exactly one year, whatever we get done is what we get done and it’s time to vote again. If you think we should not hinder the republicans by voting Democrat then say so. If you have another viable option then say so. Otherwise, voting Democrat is THE answer in the likely scenario of the midterm elections and if I support it GOOD. Fuckin’ YAY ME.

You've completely missed the point. I'll reiterate the end: your rhetoric is causing people like me (not who behaved exactly like me, but who share an ideology that led to 3 increasingly difficult votes to execute) not to vote. You are working against your supposed goal and acting like a superior pompous ass shitting on the people that you help to make apathetic rather than put pressure on the corrupt Democratic Party.
Stop blaming nonvoters and put pressure on the Democratic Party to actually do something to inspire people. That's their job to be good enough to get votes. Blame the actual problem, not the symptom. You only make the symptom worse by focusing on it and actively letting the problem fester.
