Could just be compression artifacts, but it looks like it says "12 años" on one pic and "13 años" in the other

I don't want to sound pedantic, but just want to comment that we don't use the "ñ" in Portuguese.

Also, if you zoom in, it looks more like 12 in the rightmost pic
