I don't know what a napa retreat is
Indeed : Nappa never retreated when fighting Goku.
RIP to a real one. He's in HFIL now, as well as our hearts, perpetually reacting incredulously to news that something could be over 9,000
Napa Valley is a place in California, just north of San Francisco, well known for its wine production. I presume the retreat will take place there?

Most likely. Napa County is known for wine tours and wine touristy as much as they’re known for their wine.
While billionaires may scoff at California’s progressive policies, they certainly like going there. The wine and weed regions of California are some of the most temperate in the United States and it’s also one of the most expensive places in the country to live.
NAPA means "Not A Paycheck Amongst," as in "if you've ever had to receive a paycheck to make a living, you can't afford to attend."
And no, that isn't a thing I clearly just made up, why do you ask? 🙃
