This is a pretty niche question for any educators who work with remote or hybrid classrooms. I'm wondering what LMS alternatives to Google Classroom people have had positive experiences with.

Brightspace and Blackboard tend to be the go-to, BUT--they can be quite difficult for learners to navigate if they have low digital literacy, and also they can be pretty pricey.

Google Classroom is fairly simple to navigate, many learners already have Google Accounts, and also Classroom works on just about any device. It is free, too. HOWEVER, it's Google, which is absolutely awful.

I think you may be under-estimating the digital literacy issues I'm dealing (they are coupled with low literacy, so documentation isn't always that helpful) but thank you so much for the recommendation, I will definitely check Moodle out.
