Didn't some lab just announce a general cancer mRNA vaccine that is in the works? It trains your immune system to go after any cancer cell, based on success with mRNA vaccines targeting specific types of cancer. The closest thing to what he is describing is being worked on and the US just cut major funding to the research that makes it possible
